Guest Speaker: Anjali Chauhan

Anjali is a Foreign-trained Lawyer and a Corporate Governance Professional having over 8 years of specialized experience in managing statutory and regulatory compliance for business corporations. She has worked as a Compliance Administrator at a mortgage company in Mississauga, Ontario for a year.

She has exceptional research and analytical skills. She provided assistance in successful set-up of an Administrative Tribunal, playing dual role as the supervisor of the administration and the registry department. She was also a member of the Investors’ Committee, Purchase Committee and Sexual Harassment Committee while working as a federal government employee.

Her dependable personality made her lead various projects involving mergers, insolvencies, incorporations, conducting shareholders’ and board meetings while working at the law office in India, where she was hired after completion of her internship.
